We welcome committed Christian leaders who want to walk alongside others in faith.

Step 1: Live the FHLM Values
You don’t need a formal degree — but you do need a sincere faith, a teachable spirit, and a willingness to guide others in humility and love.

Step 2: Engage with Our Courses
We encourage all potential mentors to complete at least one FHLM Equip course. This helps you understand our mission and format.

Step 3: Reach Out

If you're interested in mentoring with FHLM, email us at [email protected] with a brief summary of:

• Your faith journey

• Your interest in mentoring

• Any areas of ministry experience

Step 4: Invitation and Support

If there’s a fit, we’ll invite you to join our mentor network and provide guidance on mentoring online or in your local setting.

There is no cost to participate, and all mentors serve voluntarily to bless others.
