Do I have to pass a quiz to complete a course?
Yes. Most FHLM Equip courses include short quizzes or assessments to help reinforce your learning. To receive a digital certificate and badge, you must achieve a passing score. Unless otherwise stated, the pass mark is 60%.
How many times can I take a quiz?
You can usually attempt each quiz twice. If you do not pass after the second attempt, you’ll be required to re-enrol in the course to try again from the beginning. This helps ensure integrity in our certification process.
Do I need to complete every lesson?
Yes. You must complete 100% of the course material, including lessons, reflections, and assessments. Skipping ahead or fast-tracking will not allow you to receive a certificate or badge.
What happens if I fail or get stuck?
Don’t worry. You’re welcome to contact us and try again. You’ll also find encouragement and reminders throughout the course. If you're still unsure, feel free to contact us for support.
How will I receive my certificate?
Once you successfully complete a course and pass the required quiz or assignment, your digital certificate and badge will be generated automatically. You’ll receive an email and can also access it anytime via your FHLM Equip dashboard.
