Course Not Loading or Showing as Complete – Fix Guide

If a course is stuck, not loading, or your progress isn't being tracked, try this:

Step 1: Refresh Your Page
Reloading often helps reset the course window.


Step 2: Log Out and Back In
Go to your FHLM Equip dashboard, log out, then log in again to reset session data.


Step 3: Use the Same Device and Browser

Course progress is sometimes tracked by browser cookies. Switching browsers or devices mid-course may cause issues.


Step 4: Clear Browser Cache and Cookies

If you see a blank screen or broken progress bar, clearing your browser cache can solve the problem.


Step 5: Check Completion Status

You must complete every lesson and quiz to receive your certificate. Skipped lessons may prevent final completion.
